"Vampires and aliens, huh?" Well, Wanda just went from a little weird to full fledged alternate universe in Eddie's mind, but he showed no change in attitude or perception. Eddie was used to charming people and he wouldn't appear repulsed just because she came from a completely different world and knew a different way of doing things.
